Veteran's Day

The annual Veteran’s Day parade and reception is a long-standing Green Top tradition. Military veterans from the community are invited to the school to observe the parade of students, who come class-by-class bearing signs and reciting thanks for their service. Our show choir, Pizzazz, also performs patriotic songs. Veterans are invited to attend a special reception that includes breakfast and a special cake. This treasured yearly event is a great way to teach our students about honoring those who’ve sacrificed so much for this country
